The purpose of Supermarket Manager in Hyper Nesto - KSA to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a supermarket to ensure its smooth and efficient functioning.Achieving operational excellence, maximizing profitability, and providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the store is properly stocked with products and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking

• Supervise supermarket staff.

• Ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and follow company policies and procedures.

• Creating a comprehensive recruiting and training programme.

• Helping develop sales strategies and setting corporate sales targets.

• Creating profits and loss reports for Senior Managers.

• Keeping up to date with competitors and staff.

• Responsible for managing the budget.

• Optimize the supermarket layout for a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

• Good communication skill in English, Hindi, Arabic and Malayalam.

• Must have deep knowledge in retail industry.

• Management and Leadership Skills.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management

• Experience: 3 years and above Managerial experience in retail industry.
