Overview

The purpose of Supervisor in Hyper Nesto - KSA is to maintaine the profitability of the assigned section/department through the team supervision, stock management, display management and to ensure smooth running of all the designated operations.

Responsibilities

• To achieve the targets set by the management 
• Ensure enough stock of items are available
• Find out slow moving item and advise buyers about this 
• Check stock and sales report 
• Check for out of stock items
• Check orders have been placed
• What excess stock/broken stock requires attention
• Take care on these aspects -out of stock, wrong pricing, missing or wrong shelf edge labels, stock rotation, display, cleanliness, feeding store area
• Carry out a price check of competitor and look for items that can adjusted to maximize profit
• Keep track of the gross profit from everyday net sale.
• To analyze the sales through the discussion with salesman and inquire information about any related problems.
• Analyze and evaluate the promotion and the sale benefit out of it.
 

Qualifications

• Good communication skill in English, Hindi, Arabic and Malayalam.
• Must have product and process knowledge
• Good managing skill
• Education: High School, Computer skills is desirable  
• Experience: 1 – 3 years in similar role, or 2 – 4 years experience in the same section
