Overview
The Mall Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the mall. This includes facility management, tenant relations, leasing coordination, safety, customer service, and promotional activities. The role ensures that the mall operates smoothly, profitably, and aligns with brand standards while providing a superior experience for tenants and shoppers.
Responsibilities
• Operations Management: Oversee all mall facilities, utilities, housekeeping, and security operations
• Tenant Coordination: Maintain healthy relationships with tenants, support their operational needs
• Leasing Support: Coordinate with leasing & Legal team for renewals, new entries & space utilization
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and emergency protocols
• Facility Maintenance: Schedule preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns immediately
• Customer Experience: Monitor overall shopper experience and handle escalated complaints. Financial Control: Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience in mall management, commercial property operations, or large-format retail environments. GCC experience preferred.
