Overview
The purpose of Store Manager in Hyper Nesto – KSA to responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management and profitability, facilitating customer service and meeting sales and financial goals.
Responsibilities
• Managing budgets
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Overseeing pricing and stock control
• Maintain and manage the store premises neat and clean
• Display, stock and organize products in a store for the customers to locate easily
• Responsible for managing the budget for their store
• Handle merchandise in a store in a safe and secure manner
Qualifications
• Good communication skill in English, Hindi, Arabic and Malayalam
• Must have deep knowledge in retail industry
• Management and Leadership Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s in Business Adminstration or Retail Management
• Experience: 2-4 years and above Managerial experience in retail hypermarket or Supermarket
• GCC Experience preferred
