The purpose of GM-Store Operation in Hyper Nesto - KSA is responsibility to ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing employees. Improving efficiency and increasing Stores profits while managing the company's overall operations.
Responsibilities
• Project analysis and portfolio prioritization.
• Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience across all stores.
• To plan sales and promotion activities including product and price planning.
• Manage a team of highly motivated and attentive sales consultants.
• Leads Execution of key components of marketing programs.
• Direct regional financial planning, reporting and analysis.
• Monitor performance on a monthly basis in order to review variances, pace and developments.
• Maintain documentation on team site for each cluster property.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence.
Qualifications
• Good communication skill in English, Hindi, Arabic and Malayalam.
• Must have deep knowledge in retail industry.
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Business Adminstration,Marketing.
• Experience: 5 years in the field or related field.
