The purpose of Fresh Food Manager in Hyper Nesto - KSA is to take accountability for the fresh food counter, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer care and operational standards to maximise sales and profitability whilst maintaining costs.

Responsibilities

• Suggesting specific items for meal preparation

• Following all health and safety codes

• Ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience

• Check food plating and temperature

• Check cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures

Qualifications

• Good communication skill in English, Hindi, Arabic and Malayalam

• Must have deep knowledge in retail industry.Focus on hot food preparation and management

• Good managing skill

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management

• Experience: 2 years and above practical experience and a passion for food
