Overview

At Mark & Save, this role is focused on driving category-wise sales growth, improving gross profit (GP), and optimizing inventory efficiency across assigned regions. It involves strategic oversight of product assortment, import contribution, and team performance to ensure business objectives are met consistently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and GP targets across assigned categories and regions.
• Monitor and reduce stock ageing through SOP compliance and inventory control.
• Manage product assortment, including new product introductions (NPIs) and deletions.
• Increase the share of imports in overall sales and GP.
• Guide and monitor team performance to ensure high productivity and target achievement.
