Overview
At Mark & Save, the Creative Lead role leads the vision, development, and execution of all brand communications and creative outputs. This role is responsible for ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all consumer touchpoints—digital, print, and in-store. Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams, the Creative Director transforms strategy into engaging and effective creative campaigns that drive brand affinity and commercial impact. This role also involves managing a team of creatives, overseeing production processes, and staying ahead of industry trends to keep the brand visually innovative and relevant.
Responsibilities
- Own the creative vision for all brand communications, promotions, and in-store experiences.
- Lead ideation and execution for major campaigns—seasonal, tactical, digital, and event-based.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and store ops to translate strategy into compelling creative.
- Manage and mentor in-house designers and freelancers; uphold high creative standards.
- Ensure visual consistency across digital platforms, print, and store displays.
- Oversee photoshoots, video production, and design asset creation.
- Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of trends in design, retail, and content to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
Years of experience: Experience 5 years
Education qualification: Bachelor's degree + certification in graphic designing.
